  • The Insignia Connect platform and the mobile app have been discontinued. As an Insignia Connect customer, you may be eligible for partial compensation for your product (please see below for eligible products). The compensation will not be a full refund of your product, and will be determined by product type. This program will be available to validated customers through December 31, 2019.
  • In order to proceed through this process, you will be required to enter the email that you originally used with the Insignia Connect App. Further, the Insignia Connect products you own must have been previously associated (activated) with your Insignia Connect App, and you must be able to enter the serial number of your product.
